1. Fragrance Microcapsule Auxiliaries for Textiles
They are mainly used to manufacture perfumed cotton fabrics and to processes of
fragrance stamping, finishing, printing, etc. We have developed a series of fragrance
microencapsulation auxiliaries according to different textile materials and different
functional requirements.
1.1 Fragrance Microcapsules of Making-Silk
The auxiliary is used for making-silk process chemical fibers. Fragrance
microencapsulation can be mixed with high polymer materials in molten state and
then spinning. Fragrance microencapsulation is a component of the fibers and exists in
fibers so as to get results of releasing fragrances persistently. The diameter of fragrance
microencapsulation auxiliary is 0.6-2.0 micron and they are encapsulated by high
polymer materials and essential oil. Users can choose suitable odor type and oils
according to grades of fabrics, fiber materials and different needs, and wall materials of
microcapsules can combine with fiber materials very well, and do not influence the
performance of fiber tension and flexibility.
1.2 Fragrance Microcapsules of Textile Finishing
The auxiliary is used for adding fragrance and textile finishing. Its characteristic is that
groups of hydroxy on fibers to make fragrance microcapsules firmly combine together The
auxiliary is used for adding perfume and textile finishing. Its characteristic is that with
fabrics. Its washing fastness is very good, persistently releasing fragrance. For wall
material of microcapsules has reactivity, which can bond with active functional some
particular fibers, they are difficult to react with wall materials of fragrance microcapsules in
bonding process, we can adopt the auxiliary being provided with function of "bridged
linkage". Its one end can bond with textile fibers and another with wall perfume
microcapsules, just like a strong bridge built between fragrance microcapsules and fibers to
make both be together by "bridged linkage".
For fragrance microcapsules manufactured using microcapsule materials with reactivity,
even if their essential oils have been released wholly and the microcapsules became empty
shells, they could not separated from fibers, moreover, their empty shells have also the
effect of increasing plushness.
Most products of fragrance microcapsules currently sold in markets have not reactivity and
they are mainly bonded the gaps in fibers or textiles by sizing agents. Thus it's bad in
washability and easy to remove perfume by detergents, and the perfume-lasting time is
short.
The fragrance microcapsules of wall materials with reactivity are a new upgrading
product. According to use functions and grades of textiles, the essential oils used can
select natural essential oils such as lavender essential oil, rose essential oil and jasmine
essential oil, etc., and also select synthetic essential oils. The content of essential oil will
be determined reasonably according to textile functions and factors of service cycle,
seasons, etc. Costumers can select it on their own.
1.3 Fragrance Microcapsules for Printing
Fragrance microcapsules for printing are mainly used for screen process textile or rolling
printing textiles, and can be used directly for printing after they mix with printing sizing
agent. In case of taking native flowers as pictures, we can adopt the microcapsules
manufactured by fragrance oil extracted from such the flowers of native plants according
to fragrance of native flowers. Different flower pictures on the textiles can use different
microcapsules with different frafrances and send forth their different fragrances.
Moreover, we can also add different contents of fragrance microcapsules on different
positions of textiles' pictures to make the fragrance of stamens and pistils' positions most
concentrated. We can do the best to imitate nature.

2. Microcapsules for deodorant and sterilizing
They are mainly suitable for textile finishing of socks and underwear, etc. We can select
and use high effective bactericide harmless to humans and not exciting to the skin to have
made microcapsules of different wall materials, and add them to finishing sizing agent of
textiles, then by means of adding the microcapsules to the finishing sizing agent and
steaming together in the agent. The microcapsules containing bactericide are firmly bound
on fibers or filled in gaps of textiles. They can release bactericide outwards both
continuously and enduringly. Generally, after textile finished by bactericide microcapsules
has washed with water for 50 times, the disinfection effect is greater than 99 percent, and
after 100 times, the effect still reaches over 98 percent.
The microcapsules of bactericide and deodorization can also used for cleaning and
sanitizing, arranging in automobiles to make seat and back cushions have perfume and be
disinfected and deodorized, and further to improve air and environment in automobiles.
3. Dye Contained Microcapsules
When the textile is dyeing, different fiber materials have to select and use different dyes,
especially in the event that blend fabrics are in the majority at present, dyeing and finishing
are often adopted in batches and by non-apposition dyeing, thus it increases processes and
costs, and water consumption for dyeing and the pollution level as well. Dye contained
microcapsules are made from different dyes and then the selected dye contained
microcapsules are compounded according to different fiber types and different fiber
proportions in blend cloth materials, and realize one-bath dyeing. When dyeing, the
microcapsules crushed by rolls can release different dyes, which combine respectively with
coincidental fibers and dye. Thus, it reduces discharge quantity of sewage tremendously,
and also improves dyeing effects. The most products of textile auxiliary microcapsules
have specificity, that is, different fiber materials use different microcapsules ones, thus the
effects of dyeing, printing and finishing will be best.
