Microencapsulation technology is a modern high-tech technique, which active ingredients
are encapsulated in very high molecules to attain the results of slow-releasing, controlling-
release and improving reaction conditions of physical substances and physicochemical
properties according to the will of people.
A. Microcapsules for Textile Auxiliaries
The applications of microencapsulation technology in textile industry, have tremendously
promoted the development of textile auxiliaries, improved the effects of textile printing and
finishing and satisfied the consumers' needs for multi-functions of textiles.

1. Fragrance Microcapsule Auxiliaries for Textiles
They are mainly used to manufacture fragrant cotton fabrics and to processes of fragrant
stamping, finishing, printing, etc. We have developed a series of fragrance
microencapsulation auxiliaries according to different textile materials and different
functional requirements.

2. Microcapsules for deodorant and sterilizing
Generally, after textile finished by bactericide microcapsules has washed with water for
50 times, the disinfection effect is greater than 99％, and after 100 times, the effect still
reaches over 98％.
The microcapsules of bactericide and deodorization can also used for cleaning and
sanitizing, arranging in automobiles to make seat and back cushions have fragrance and be
disinfected and deodorized, and further to improve air and environment in
automobiles.

B. Eco-Friendly Microcapsule Pesticides
We use the nonpoisonous and harmless materials as the microcapsule skin, which are able
to be biodegradable, not to pollute the environment.
Especially, we can, by people, control the speed and time of releasing the active
ingredient in microcapsules. For example, we can make the ingredients in microcapsules
release out within 10 days to control the pests for vegetables and fruits; for cotton, within
25 to 90 days, and for forest pest control, within 250 days or longer, etc.
At present, our factory can produce the following eco-friendly pesticides:
1) 0.5% Matrine Microcapsule CS
It has notable effect in controlling aphids (cabbage aphid, corn aphid, bean aphid, peach
aphid and radish aphid, etc.), red spider, pear-wood louse, rice-fly louse.
2) 0.4% Solanumnigrnumline AQUA for controlling colorado potato beetles.
3) 1.6% Pinenin Microcapsule CS
It has unique effect in Pine Nematode Blight control.
4) 5% Pinedin Microcapsule CS for controlling borers in forest trees.
