| Services |
1.1. We shall supply the distributor with such aids and technical assistance as
we deem necessary to reach the sales goal.
1.2. We shall provide technical support and sales assistance as are reasonably
required by distributor to serve the distributor's territory.
1.3 Upon receipt of a direct of inquiry from potential or exiting customers in the
country and in the markets the distributor have covered, we shall immediately
direct the customer to the distributor.
1.4 Penalty
penalty equal to 150% of the sales amount in the protected areas to the
distributor.
2. Prices
The prices of the products shall be established by the market and are subject to
market change in our and the distributor's discretion. In the event of a proposed
price increase or decrease, we shall notify the distributor in writing at least thirty
distributor.
Prices are negotiated and determined by both parties. And the pricing should be
made officially at the time of confirmation of order and Sales Contract
&Proforma Invoice according to the actual exchange rate of the same day.
3. Our factory will be only responsible for the product quality caused by
ourselves. If there is any other problem which appears in sale processing or
other unexpected matters that not be caused by our factory's products
themselves, the distributor will be liable.
4. The distributor should send the samples of the products to the Authorities in
their own country for inspection, and the distributor will not purchase and sell
the products until Authorities approve them.
